Qualifications

• Be listed in good standing as a medication aide in the state you work.
• Completed QMA competency evaluation program, if required by your state.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician and under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Follow established nursing standards and the community's policies and procedures.
• Support resident safety and accuracy in medication administration.
