Job summary

Saber Health Group Meadowview is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide to administer medications to residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will operate under the direction of a licensed nurse and in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.

The role requires active QMA registration, completion of state-required competency evaluation if applicable, and basic computer/EHR skills. We offer flexible pay options and a supportive team environment at Meadowview.

Qualifications

• Be listed in good standing on the registry as a medication aide in the state in which you work.
• Passed the QMA competency evaluation program consisting of a written test, if your state requires.
• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending Physician, under the direction of a licensed nurse within the scope of practice for Medication Aides.
• Follow established nursing standards and community policies, procedures, and practices.
