Leisure Living - Salem is seeking a compassionate individual to provide medication administration support to residents and assist with daily care tasks. This PRN role emphasizes integrity, trust, and building strong rapport with residents and families.

The position requires taking and recording vital signs, answering calls, and performing light cleaning and food preparation. Certification may be provided if not trained as a medication aide.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medication administrative support to our residents.


• Answer and direct phone calls.


• Cleaning and food prep.

If not trained as a medication aide, facility may provide certification.

Essential Duties:

Administer oral medications such as capsules, tablets, liquids and topical medications such as eye drops, ear drops, nose drops, ointments, and other skin preparations.

Takes and records vital signs. Records and reports any observations and changes in resident's condition to the charge nurse.
