Clarendale of Chandler is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our care team. You will support residents with daily living activities, administer medications as prescribed, and document care with accuracy.

Strong communication with families and staff is essential to ensure comfort and safety. Qualified candidates will have a Medication Aide Certification, GED or high school diploma, and at least 1 year of Med Tech/HHA experience.

Competenze

• One (1) year experience as Med Tech/HHA preferred.
• Certification as Medication Aide is required.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinent care.
• Assist with mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging intake.
• Document shift assignments and report if unable to complete tasks.
• Communicate with residents, families, and supervisors as needed.
• Provide planned activities and respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.
