Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care preferred.
• Active Medication Aide certification in good standing with the state.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications per orders.
• Monitor residents' health and vital signs; report changes.
• Engage residents through compassionate care and wellness activities.
• Maintain infection control, organize records, and respond to emergencies.
