Thorne Crest Senior Living Community is seeking a Medication Aide to administer medications and provide bedside care to residents. You will support daily living activities and uphold care plans while promoting residents' well‑being.

The role includes working weekends and holidays and requires clear English communication. Candidates must be 18+, hold a valid TMA certificate, and may have 1 year of experience or be trained for the position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid Trained Medication Aide (TMA) certificate.
• 1 year of experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English (required).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and limited topical treatments to residents.
• Provide quality bedside care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities according to their individual care plans.
• Support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well‑being.
• Follow community programs, policies, and core values.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
