Qualifications

• Active CNA certificate on the State of Maine CNA Registry.
• Certification from an accredited Medication Technician Program (CMT) is required.
• 12 hours of relevant continuing education annually to maintain CNA registration.

Responsibilities

• Distributes medications to residents per physician orders and completes required documentation.
• Contributes to a person-centered, individualized care environment.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living while respecting privacy and comfort.
• Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures within CNA scope.
• Respects residents’ rights and responds to requests for assistance.
