Qualifications

• Active CNA certificate in good standing on Maine CNA Registry
• Medication Technician Program (CMT) certification required
• 12 hours CE annually to maintain CNA registration

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient care activities within scope of practice
• Report abnormal findings to nursing staff
• Assist residents with emotional, physical, and spiritual needs
• Distribute medications per physician orders and document appropriately
• Keep unit and patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly
