The Village of St. Edward is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to support residents in our Wadsworth Campus, Assisted Living/Memory Care. The role includes personal care, medication administration as delegated by nurses, and monitoring residents for changes in condition.

In accordance with the mission and values of The Village of St. Edward the Medication Aide provides for personal care needs of residents and provides assistance and activities as delegated by the nurse. Some tasks that are delegated by the supervising LPN/RN including monitoring resident conditions, documenting and reporting any condition changes, monitoring for drug reactions and at the direction of LPN/RN, administer certain types of medication.
