Job summary

Avantara St. Cloud is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide/CNA for full-time evening shifts (2-10pm). Must hold a South Dakota CNA license and a SD-approved Medication Aide license. The facility specializes in memory care and dementia care.

Position Details

We are looking for a candidate to work full-time evening as a Medication Aide 2-10pm. Must be a certified Med Aide for State of South Dakota.

As a Medication Aide you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara St. Cloud by providing our residents with the medications they need, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
