Job summary

Avantara St. Cloud is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our memory care team. We are seeking compassionate individuals for full-time and part-time day and overnight 12-hour shifts.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, observe changes in condition, maintain a safe environment, and help residents feel comfortable. A current South Dakota CNA certificate is required; prior CNA experience is preferred. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR COSIDERATION APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:

As a minimum, you must have a current and unencumbered State of South Dakota CNA CERTIFICATE, or certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course. Prior Certified Nursing Assistant experience is preferable.

• We also offer C.N.A classes (online platform) if you are interesting in moving into a new healthcare career as a CNA.

As a CNA, you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara St. Cloud by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
