Job summary

Elm Crest Senior Living Community in Harlan, IA is seeking a Medication Aide/Manager to administer medications and limited topical treatments to residents under the supervision of the Assisted Living Director. Full-time evenings or PRN days and nights are available, with shift differential and holiday pay.

You will support residents’ daily living activities, monitor changes in condition, and report to clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Required: 18 years of age or older.
• Required: Iowa Medication Manager Certification or Iowa Certified Medication Aide certification.
• Able to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
• Preferred: 1 year of healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care experience.
• Experience giving medications in a senior living setting.

Elm Crest Senior Living Community pays Medication Aides $14.75-18.31/hour, based on experience, plus shift differential and holiday pay. Choose full-time evenings or PRN days and nights.

Elm Crest is a senior living community in Harlan, Iowa, offering assisted living, independent living, memory care, and rehab services. As a Medication Aide/Manager, you'll be a steady, familiar face for the residents you serve.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• 1 year of healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care experience (we’ll train the right candidate who holds the required certification but has less experience)
• Experience giving medications in a senior living setting

Schedule
