Illuminus is seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants at St. Dominic Villa in Hazel Green, WI, a campus that combines long-term care and rehabilitation in the Driftless Region.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with 8-hour shifts and weekend rotation to fit your life while supporting our residents with dignity and personalized care. Eligible candidates have a High School diploma, Wisconsin CNA certification, state medication administration certification, and current CPR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification required.
• Wisconsin state medication administration certification required.
• Active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and staff.
• Administer prescribed medications and perform related checks.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to the nurse.
• Participate in required trainings and on-call duties.

St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community Hazel Green, WI (15 minutes from Dubuque, IA) nestled in the beautiful Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin, St. Dominic Villa provides exceptional long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults. Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shifts, including weekend rotation as scheduled.

Pay

$21.50-24.00/hour, based on experience

Essential Job Functions

• Communicates respectfully with residents, families, and staff while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
• Administers prescribed medications per policy, including related assessments such as blood pressure and pulse checks.
• Monitors residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nurse.
• Maintains current medication/healthcare knowledge through required training and meetings; provides on-call and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) Certification required.
• Certified by the State of Wisconsin for medication administration. CBRF/AL medication training does not qualify.
• Maintained working 100 hours as a Med Admin Aide and 4 hours of medication training per calendar year since completing program.
• Active CPR
