St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community in Hazel Green, WI (15 minutes from Dubuque, IA), is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

This full-time/part-time/PRN role offers 8-hour shifts with weekend rotation and pays $21.50–$24.00 per hour, based on experience. Join a faith‑based, not-for-profit organization delivering compassionate, holistic care to older adults.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) Certification required.
• State of Wisconsin medication administration certification required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates respectfully with residents, families, and staff while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
• Administers prescribed medications per policy, including related assessments such as blood pressure and pulse checks.
• Monitors residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nurse.
• Maintains current medication/healthcare knowledge through required training and meetings; provides on-call and other assigned duties.
