Curant Health in Smyrna, GA is seeking a PRN Medication Adherence Advocate (Clinical Pharmacy Technician) to support the Clinical Services team in improving medication adherence.

The role focuses on coordinating prescription refills, outreach to pharmacies, prescribers and patients, and documenting all interactions. Onsite training for two weeks is required, with typical hours 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, and potential remote flexibility after training based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be registered in Georgia as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a pharmacy environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage current and potential patients to understand barriers to medication adherence.
• Provide a superior experience with telephone communication.
• Assist with prescriber, pharmacy, or patient outreaches and collect necessary patient information for care.
• Enroll Hybrid Support level patients for High Touch services.
• Organize and prioritize daily workload to meet company goals.
• Assist Pharmacists with medication information discrepancies and histories.
• Document interactions clearly and completely.
• Assist with Health Plan initiatives such as SUPD, HEDIS or other programs related to pharmacy measures.
• Support MTM services including scheduling, review prep, and documentation/upload to MedPlan.
