Job summary

Curant Health Inc. is seeking a PRN Medication Adherence Advocate (Clinical Pharmacy Technician) to support the Clinical Services team in improving medication adherence. The role involves outreach to pharmacies, prescribers, and patients, documenting all interactions, and assisting with MTM and health plan initiatives.

This is a full-time position located onsite in Smyrna, GA. An initial two-week full-time onsite training period is required, with potential remote flexibility after training based

Qualifications

• Must be registered in the state of Georgia as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a pharmacy environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage current and potential patients to understand barriers to medication adherence.
• Provide a superior experience with phone communication and support to patients.
• Complete daily Medication Support Actions (MSA) processes.
• Assist Clinical Services with outreach to prescribers, pharmacies, or patients and collect necessary patient information.
• Enroll Hybrid Support level patients for High Touch services.
• Organize and prioritize daily workload to meet company goals.
• Assist with medication information discrepancies and histories.
• Provide accurate documentation of interactions and actions.
• Support Medication Management enrollment and health plan initiatives.
• Assist MTM services including scheduling, reviews, and mailings.
