Job summary

ChenMed is seeking a Medication Adherence Technician to engage patients in discussions about adherence and coordinate with providers and pharmacists to ensure timely prescription processing.

You will follow adherence workflows, reach out to patients and clinicians, and help resolve barriers to maintain adherence. Strong communication and organizational skills required, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification or 6 months related work experience; or 2 years in pharmacy/call center setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals regarding medications and adherence.
• Remove barriers to ensure prescription regimens are provided to patients.
• Coordinate prescription processing through pharmacy, insurance, and dispensing.
