Job summary

You will coordinate prescription capture, liaise among medical staff, patients, and insurers, and collaborate with vendors to resolve insurance-related issues while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CPhT/CPT certification through PTCB.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician through Florida DOH.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and increase prescription capture for Baptist Specialty Pharmacy.
• Serve as a triage communicator between medical staff, patients, specialty pharmacy teams, billing, and insurers.
• Collaborate with contracted vendors to resolve medication fulfillment and insurance issues for timely patient access.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the medication access journey.
• Collaborate with providers and support teams to optimize access and patient care.
• Develop and enhance outreach strategies to improve patient engagement and program growth.
• Monitor and improve the effectiveness of specialty pharmacy workflows and outcomes.
• Analyze program performance metrics to support business, financial, and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Support initiatives that improve patient satisfaction and medication adherence.
• Build relationships with patients, providers, payers, and community resources for seamless care.
