Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the social sciences, public policy, humanities, or health-related field.
• 0–3 years of work experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in Medicare, health policy, value-based care, or government consulting.

Responsibilities

• Assist managing projects and tasks to align with Medicare policy timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate and support tasks educating health care stakeholders on value-based care policy requirements and best practices.
• Support development and maintenance of technical specifications, user manuals, and SOPs for Medicare program implementation.
• Draft written materials including emails, newsletters, and slide decks.
• Contribute to collection and analysis of quantitative and/or qualitative data.
