Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the social sciences, public policy, humanities, or health-related field and 0–3 years of work experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-directed with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized.
• Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
• Interest in Medicare, health policy, value-based care, or government consulting.

Responsibilities

• Assist managing projects and tasks to align with Medicare policy timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate and support webinars and stakeholder communications for health care providers.
• Support development of technical specifications, user manuals, and SOPs for health care innovations.
• Draft emails, newsletters, and slide decks reflecting rigor and objectivity.
• Contribute to collection and analysis of qualitative/quantitative data.
• Additional duties depending on project placement.
