The role emphasizes structuring programs, improving operating processes, and scaling a growing function through collaboration with clinical, operational, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, managed care, Medicare, Medicaid, strategic programs, program management, business operations, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support work across Model of Care and Medicare Strategic Programs through planning, coordination, and execution support.
• Build and manage workplans, timelines, milestones, templates, and tracking tools for team priorities.
• Create structure and visibility across multiple initiatives with clear owners, deliverables and dependencies.
• Partner with leadership to plan, prioritize, and execute a growing body of work.
• Develop executive-ready updates and materials tied to team priorities.
• Promote accountability and operational consistency across team efforts.
