Job summary

Virtua Health in Marlton, NJ seeks a Manager of Reimbursement to serve as the health system's lead SME for Medicare reimbursement, regulatory requirements, and complex methodologies. You will own the preparation, review, and submission of Medicare and NJ cost reports and oversee related reimbursement activities.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of acute care reimbursement, NJ methods, and evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of Reimbursement experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Medicare cost reporting and NJ Acute Care Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete data for Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports and surveys.
• Lead audits with government intermediaries and respond to questions.
• Monitor Medicare/Medicaid regulatory changes and analyze impact.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reports for Operational Management.
