Job summary

Carolina Senior Benefits in Cornelius, NC is hiring full-time Medicare Sales Representatives for our office. You will handle inbound calls and calendar appointments, explaining Medicare options and enrolling clients in suitable plans. Training and licensing support are provided, with licensing cost covered.

Base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with a schedule Monday–Friday in-office. Expect to discuss licensing steps after hire and complete a brief online assessment and video interview as

Qualifications

• Active NC health and life license, or willing to earn it after hire.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (phone sales, inside sales, call center or retail).
• Comfortable using a computer and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Talk with 50–70 people a week who are shopping for Medicare via inbound calls and calendar appointments.
• Explain Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and drug plans and enroll clients in chosen plans.
• Follow our proven sales process and Medicare compliance rules on every call.
• Meet daily activity standards (about 200 calls or 4 hours of talk time) and monthly sales goals.
• Share best practices with teammates and continue learning.
