Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with key personnel at offices and other referral sources.
• Explains plan benefits and guides eligible individuals through Medicare enrollment.
• Maintains accurate sales activity reports for leadership review.
• Ensures compliance with marketing and sales regulations and market conduct rules.
• Collaborates with offices to develop and execute sales/marketing plans.
• Manages inventory of marketing materials and coordinates restocking as needed.
• Assesses and adjusts office marketing plans to achieve results.
• Position requires 70% travel in assigned areas with 30% work-from-home.
