Mutual Of Omaha Insurance is hiring a Medicare Sales Agent for a full-time, year-round position. You will earn a guaranteed base plus commission, selling Medicare Supplements and Advantage plans using a consultative approach.

You will manage inbound leads, support applications, and participate in ongoing training while using our CRM and quoting tools to maximize sales. The role emphasizes professionalism, coaching, and strong communication with clients.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed to sell Medicare Health, Life & Annuity in Florida; licenses must be current.
• Experience in Medicare sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong phone presence and proven sales ability with follow-up.
