Are you passionate about the Medicare population and seeking a sales role with the potential to impact your income? Do you excel at building trusting community relationships and exceeding expectations? We are looking for licensed, motivated, and self-driven individuals to join our team.
In this field position, you will build community relationships, generate your own sales, and meet sales goals while working independently. Your interactions will include face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic engagements with Humana’s customers, external partners, and the community. Face-to-face activities include grassroots marketing, community events, and home visits. Our Medicare Sales Field Agents sell individual health plans and educate beneficiaries about our services, along with other products like Life, Annuity, Dental, Vision, and Prescription.

Additional Information
Schedule: Flexibility required for appointments and events during nights and weekends.
Training: First 3-4 weeks of employment, mandatory attendance.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $31,800 - $43,800 annually, based on location and experience. This role is eligible for commissions based on performance.
