Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Medicare Sales Field Agent to drive enrollments for Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plans. You will prospect and lead community-based events to educate seniors on plan options and complete compliant enrollments in a defined territory.

You will collaborate with local providers, brokers, and community organizations to build a robust pipeline and meet growth targets, while using CRM tools to ensure CMS compliance and high-quality member

Qualifications

• Strong sales and prospecting skills within a healthcare or insurance context.
• Excellent community engagement and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Medicare plans, regulations, and compliance standards.
