Job Description: Insurance Broker Agent

Our client, a Medicare-driven Insurance Brokerage, is seeking skilled and motivated multi-carrier broker agents to join their growing team. If you're a true salesperson who thrives on helping customers find the best solutions, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What’s in it for you?

  • Main Carriers: Humana, UHC, WellCare, Aetna, Zing, Elevance
  • Tech Tools: Sunfire, AWS, Salesforce
  • Leads Provided: In-house generated leads from a dedicated marketing team

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and follow-ups to assist customers in selecting optimal plans.
  • Sell across multiple states with multi-carrier options.

Compensation:

  • Base Pay: $20/hour
  • Commission: Up to $100 per sale, with realistic goals of 50 sales/apps in the first 45 days.
