Job summary

A healthcare solutions company is seeking a Medicare Sales Analyst in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a BS or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years in managed care or health care. Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking investigation requests related to Medicare Advantage sales, collaborating with internal partners, and documenting findings. This is a full-time contract position with a pay rate of $35.00 - $40.00 per hour.

• Document all investigative findings in a Word report for management review before closing the case.
• Save all investigation-related documentation in the designated shared drive.

As a Medicare Sales Analyst, You Will

• Monitor the Sales Allegation mailbox for investigation requests related to Medicare Advantage sales agents. Requests are primarily submitted by the Medicare Appeals & Grievances team and the CTM team but may come from any internal department.
• Track all incoming investigation requests using the established sales allegation tracker.
• Contact members by phone or by mail to obtain more details regarding their complaint.
• Contact sales agents via email to gather information about the complaint.
• Collaborate with internal partners such as Sales, Appeals & Grievances, Enrollment, Claims, Pharmacy, and Product Management as needed throughout the investigation.
• Document all investigative findings in a Word report for management review before closing the case.
• Save all investigation-related documentation in the designated shared drive.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• BS or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in managed care or health care.
• Microsoft Office tools knowledge

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• CMS requirement experience.
