Signature Medicare Solutions in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Inbound Sales Agent for Medicare. You will handle warm inbound calls, guide clients through plan options, and close enrollments that truly improve their lives, earning a steady W2 paycheck, full benefits, and uncapped commission.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, in-office downtown Sarasota. Requires active Florida 2-15 license and ability to work on-site. Training starts monthly.

Inbound Sales Agent – Medicare | $75K–$120K Year 1, Uncapped

The Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. 1 Hour Lunch. No Calls After Hours

What You'll Do

You'll spend your day on the phone with Medicare-eligible clients who called us. You'll learn what they need, walk them through their options, and help them enroll in the plan that fits. You'll track your numbers, work toward goals, and get rewarded when you hit them.

Requirements

• Active Florida 2-15 insurance license (required before hire; we will cover a portion of the cost)
• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to work in-office in downtown Sarasota
