Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

  1. Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to assess their healthcare needs and determine eligibility for Medicare plans.
  2. Explain features, benefits, and coverage options of various Medicare plans to help clients make well-informed decisions.
  3. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively highlight the advantages of specific Medicare plans.
  4. Address client questions and concerns with clear and concise information.

Compliance:

  1. Stay up to date on changes in Medicare regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
  2. Adhere to ethical standards and company policies in all sales activities.

Lead Generation:

  1. Proactively generate leads through various channels, including referrals, community outreach, and networking.
  2. Utilize marketing materials and strategies to attract potential clients.

Relationship Building:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term loyalty.
  2. Follow up with clients to address post-sales inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  1. Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork for Medicare applications.
  2. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  3. Work collaboratively with internal teams, including underwriting and customer service, to ensure seamless processes for clients.

Qualifications:

Licensing:

  1. A health insurance license is not required to apply. Candidates can choose to obtain their license independently if desired. (License is required for the role)
  2. Medicare certification (AHIP) is highly desirable.

Experience:

  1. Proven experience in Medicare sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Communication Skills:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

Interpersonal Skills:

  1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Technology Proficiency:

  1. Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

Compensation:

  1. Commission-only
  2. Uncapped earning potential
