Job Description:

This is a 100% remote, six-month contract position for an experienced, licensed Sales Agent. This role involves working in a high-volume call center environment handling inbound Medicare sales calls during the Open Enrollment Period (OEP) and Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound Medicare sales calls in a high-volume call center setting.
  • Qualify prospective members to determine if a Medicare Advantage plan meets their needs.
  • Enroll new members and assist existing Medicare Advantage members in making plan changes during AEP and OEP.
  • Accurately document all calls using the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Multitask efficiently across multiple programs and screens.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of Medicare and/or commercial sales experience.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, direct selling, or telemarketing sales (preferred).
  • Health-related industry experience (preferred).
  • Active Accident and Health (LAH) insurance license.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be available to work some weekends on a rotating schedule.
  • Shifts are eight hours with some mandatory overtime; additional evening and weekend hours may be required based on business needs.
Pay Range:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $20 per hour plus commission. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
