What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls to assist Medicare consumers in finding suitable health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans
- Focus on selling and enrolling eligible Medicare customers without the distractions of independent sales
- Stay fully available during the busy Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 - December 7) to maximize sales opportunities
- Navigate multiple web browsers and maintain a distraction-free home office environment while complying with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and development programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
- Prior inside sales experience is preferred, showcasing the ability to multitask while engaging with customers
- Commitment to work full-time during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 - December 7)
- Strong ability to navigate and operate multiple web browsers across a dual-screen setup
- Secure, hardwired high-speed internet and a private home office compliant with HIPAA regulations
