What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Focus on selling and enrolling eligible Medicare customers into health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans
- Handle inbound calls from Medicare consumers and provide them with tailored insurance solutions
- Maintain availability during peak sales periods, particularly from October 15 to December 7
- Navigate and operate multiple web browsers effectively across a dual-screen setup
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when managing Protected Health Information (PHI)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
- Prior inside sales experience preferred
- Strong ability to multi-task while engaging with customers
- Secure, hardwired high-speed internet for uninterrupted connectivity
- A private and distraction-free home office or space to ensure HIPAA compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a telesales environment, specifically related to Medicare or health insurance
- Proven track record of high sales performance and customer satisfaction
