Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from Medicare-eligible consumers who requested information.
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans.
• Assist clients with ancillary insurance products and final expense coverage when appropriate.
• Compare plan options and guide enrollment using CMS-compliant processes and scripts.
• Build trust and provide a professional client experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollments in our CRM.
• Stay current on CMS requirements, carrier updates, and annual Medicare changes.

Simple Choice Benefits is growing our Medicare sales team and looking for motivated, licensed insurance professionals to join our Mahwah office.

This is a 100% inbound sales position. You will not be prospecting, purchasing your own leads, or making cold calls.

You'll speak with Medicare-eligible consumers who have already expressed interest in learning about their coverage options. Your job is to understand their needs, educate them on available plans, and help them confidently navigate the enrollment process.

If you're licensed, comfortable on the phone, and want an opportunity to earn $70,000–$130,000 per year with a steady pipeline of inbound opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from Medicare-eligible consumers who have requested information
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D prescription drug plans
• Assist clients with ancillary insurance products and final expense coverage when appropriate
• Compare available plan options and guide clients through enrollment using CMS-compliant processes and scripts
• Build trust and rapport while providing a professional client experience
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and performance goals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollments in our CRM
• Stay current on CMS requirements, carrier updates, and annual Medicare changes, including AEP and OEP

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active New Jersey Life & Health Insurance license prior to starting
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with prospective clients
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work 100% on-site in Mahwah, NJ

AHIP: Current AHIP certification is preferred. Candidates who are not currently certified must be willing to complete certification before their first Medicare enrollment.
