Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, consulting, strategy development and/or execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health Economics, Finance, or related field AND minimum four years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or related field.
• Seven years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or related field.

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning and collaboration across cross-functional/external stakeholders; provides actionable feedback and guidance.
• Analyzes market data and develops recommendations to support ROI, service quality, and operations improvements.
• Leads project proposals with objectives, milestones, and resources, aligning with broader strategy.
• Communicates strategic issues and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
