Job summary

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Managerial Consultant to support prospective Medicare Risk Adjustment initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and drive strategic business initiatives across markets.

Partner with physician groups and market leadership to analyze performance and implement improvements. The role requires risk adjustment experience and strong program management, change management, and vendor management capabilities to advance market priorities and ensure execution

Qualifications

• Leadership at least 2 years in a managerial or lead consultant role.
• Experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Promote learning and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects.
• Lead and oversee complex, cross-functional projects and programs; manage risk and issues.
• Identify and prioritize initiative workstreams; develop work plans and allocate resources.
• Develop and implement change management plans; obtain executive buy-in.
• Design and monitor strategic performance metrics to measure impact and ROI.
• Participate in vendor management and ensure compliance with policies.
