Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree highly preferred.
• Strong quantitative analysis and ability to build multi-year financial models.
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or managed care is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual bid development process with alignment to strategic goals and financial targets.
• Build Clover’s competitive intelligence capability to inform product, bid, and market decisions.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and present data-driven recommendations for growth.
• Shape benefit strategy and model financial impact in collaboration with actuaries and growth team.
