Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Solutions to lead strategy, development, and ongoing management of Medicare Part D products, coordinating PDP and MAPD offerings. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 7 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR 11 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting
• Two years' experience managing and leading teams with experience in hiring and training staff and managing a departmental budget
• Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting or project management
• Experience working with corporate leadership, interfacing and communicating at all levels of the organization
• Experience managing multiple complex priorities and a heavy workload
• Organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Verbal and written communication skills
