Job summary

Exact Medicare is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to help individuals navigate Medicare options, educate on Parts C & D, Med Supp/MediGap, and ancillary products, and assist with enrollment and plan transitions.

You will conduct plan comparisons, provide recommendations, and ensure CMS compliance while handling high-volume calls with accuracy and superb customer service. Knowledge of CMS regulations and AHIP preferred.

Qualifications

• Holds valid health insurance license.
• AHIP certification in current plan year.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Understanding of sales with ability to generate revenue.
• CMS federal regulation compliance knowledge.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options.
• Assist with plan enrollment and transitions.
• Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines.
• Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
