Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Medicare Performance Hub (MPH), driving performance across Star Ratings, Risk Adjustment, and Medical Cost Management. You will own the program, coordinate plans, vendors, and internal teams, and translate data insights into actionable guidance for plans nationwide.

The role requires 12+ years in Medicare program management or health plan operations, with strong leadership, analytics, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Required BS or equivalent experience.
• Preferred MS in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead MPH design, implementation, and ongoing management.
• Oversee governance and accountability structures for MPH.
• Translate national program insights into Plan-specific actions.
• Manage relationships with Plans, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive performance improvement across Stars, RA, and medical cost management.
