Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association seeks a Senior Director for the Medicare Performance Hub (MPH) to own program strategy and governance, driving Stars, Risk Adjustment, and Medical Cost Management performance across Plans.

This executive will lead data-driven insights, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional engagement with BHI, analytics platforms, and senior leadership to improve national and Plan-level outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent experience required.
• MS preferred in health administration or related field.
• 12+ years in Medicare Advantage program management or related field.
• Strong data-driven analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Medicare Performance Hub.
• Develop and execute the MPH operating model and engagement processes with Plans and vendors.
• Establish MPH governance framework and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Translate national program insights into Plan-specific action plans and performance reviews.
• Oversee data integration strategies and vendor relationships for MPH analytics.
