You will analyze CMS rules, shape data requirements, and collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to implement Star Ratings improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven insights, and engagement with health plans to drive quality performance across MA Stars measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field and strong knowledge of MA Stars and CMS quality programs.
• 5+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage Stars and CMS quality programs.
• Strong ability to interpret regulatory and technical documents and translate into business requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across executives, product managers, engineers, and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Interpret CMS MA and Part D Stars regulations, specifications, and guidance, and translate into product requirements.
• Define business and functional requirements for MA Stars tech and analytics products.
• Engage with health plans to understand Stars strategies and data environments, and present findings to executives.
