Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Florida seeks a healthcare compliance professional with Medicare Part D experience to manage Part D activities at Eldercare. The role requires coordination with accounting, bid processes, and regulatory reporting to CMS and third parties.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Medicare-related roles, PBM experience, and a Health Care Compliance certification. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Health Care Compliance certification highly preferred.
• At least 2 years in a Medicare health plan, PBM or Part D Actuary; experience with Part D operations/compliance encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the point person for all Medicare Part D activities at Eldercare.
• Maintains records of pharmacy expenses, bid tracking, and coordinates with accounting and bid preparation.
• Oversees PDE reporting and related processes.
• Manages drug rebate and manufacturer discount reporting and oversight.
• Coordinates Part D reporting to third parties and CMS (Acumen, HPMS, Pharmastar, etc.).
• Supports compliance and Fraud, Waste and Abuse programs and data gathering.
