Centerfield is seeking a Senior Manager, Medicare Compliance to lead compliance program administration across MA, Part D, and Medigap. You will bridge regulatory needs with insurance tech, partnering with Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to embed CMS and DOI rules into sales workflows, CRMs, and QA platforms.

You will leverage analytics, automation, and AI to elevate oversight, improve agent efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in a hybrid Playa Vista, CA environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare compliance or Medicare regulatory operations.
• Knowledge of CMS MMG, TPMO rules, telesales standards.
• Experience gathering requirements and deploying software systems.
• Ability to analyze data dashboards and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead compliance program administration and regulatory implementation.
• Drive tech enablement and automation in CRM and dialing systems.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for leadership.
• Coordinate CMS and state regulatory change management.
