Job summary

Devoted Health seeks a Community Outreach Specialist to serve the Denver metro area in a remote-capable role. You will build relationships with community gatekeepers, plan events, and work with Broker Managers to position external agents for success.

Requirements include an active insurance producer license (or within 90 days), a valid driver's license and willingness to travel, plus a college degree preferred. Knowledge of Medicare Advantage is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active state Insurance Producer license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Resident of Denver metro and willing to travel locally.
• Experience or knowledge of Medicare Advantage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic networking with community gatekeepers to source high-traffic venues.
• Plan and host sales/marketing events focused on lead generation.
• Collaborate with Broker Managers to coordinate agent assignments for events.
• Mentor external agents on community-based marketing and lead-generation.
• Partner with local providers for co-op marketing benefiting clinic and community.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS rules.
