Job description

Medicare Member Services Representative

Location: Akron, OH (city/state only)

Pay: $19 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Type: Temporary / seasonal (multiple openings)

Work setup Training/Orientation: On-site in Akron for approximately 4 weeks After training: role is designed for a remote work environment, with potential occasional in-office requirements during the contract

What we’re looking for

• High School Diploma or GED (college experience preferred)
• 2+ years in customer service / call center / administrative support (or similar)
• Medicare and/or health insurance background strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in Windows and navigating multiple systems
• Strong phone presence (professional tone, empathy, confidence)
• Able to work from home effectively (reliable internet, VPN/audio/headset comfort)
