Job Description
Job Summary

Responsible for managing the benefits, operations, communication, reporting, and data exchange of the Medicare/MMP product in support of strategic and corporate business objectives. Supports all Medicare lines of business, including the annual Medicare and Medicare-Medicaid Plan Applications and Plan Benefit Package design. Provides centralized year-round support in Medicare for developing and editing core beneficiary communications, including Medicare and MMP Welcome Kits, National Coverage Determinations, Mid-year change notices, and legal documents (e.g., Notice of Privacy Practices, Notices of Availability), in various formats and languages. Supports Medicare and MMP lines of business for upcoming contract year business readiness. Reviews Medicare mandated materials for compliance per the Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines, and initiates HPMS submission of materials for CMS review when required. Oversees and updates the Medicare public website, collaborating with internal teams and IT support. Assists in developing, implementing, and maintaining annual timelines/work plans to ensure timely project completion, including ad hoc projects and submissions as assigned by the AVP of Marketing or designee.

Leads and manages a team in planning and executing business programs. Enforces policies, procedures, and productivity standards to maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment. Develops an employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, employee retention, and high performance. Manages employee schedules, including assignments, training, paid time off, and overtime. Identifies trends, manages operational projects, and evaluates outcomes. Promotes teamwork and resolves conflicts as needed.

Job Qualifications
Required Education

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or English.

Required Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience.
