Job Description
Job Summary

Responsible for managing benefits, operations, communication, reporting, and data exchange for the Medicare/MMP product, supporting strategic and corporate objectives. Supports all Medicare lines of business, including annual Medicare and Medicare-Medicaid Plan Applications and Plan Benefit Package design. Provides year-round support in Medicare for developing and editing core beneficiary communications, such as Welcome Kits, National Coverage Determinations, mid-year change notices, and legal documents (e.g., Notice of Privacy Practices). Ensures materials comply with Medicare guidelines, manages CMS submissions, and updates the Medicare public website collaboratively with internal teams. Assists in developing and maintaining project timelines to ensure timely completion of initiatives.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Leads and manages team operations, supports staff development, and promotes efficiency. Reviews guidance from CMS and State agencies to ensure compliance. Fosters teamwork, resolves conflicts, and oversees operational projects, evaluating outcomes and maintaining the mission and goals of the business unit.

  • Leads and manages team in planning and executing business programs.
  • Enforces policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Develops an employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality, improvement, retention, and high performance.
  • Maintains employee schedules, including assignments, training, and leave.
  • Identifies trends, defines objectives, and oversees project implementation.
Job Qualifications
Required Education

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or English.

Required Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience.

Additional Details

Pay Range: $77,969 - $155,508 annually. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, education, and skills.
