Responsible for managing the benefits, operations, communication, reporting, and data exchange of the Medicare/MMP product to support strategic and corporate objectives. Supports all Medicare lines of business, including the annual Medicare and Medicare-Medicaid Plan Applications and Plan Benefit Package design. Provides centralized year-round support in Medicare for developing and editing core beneficiary communications, such as Welcome Kits, National Coverage Determinations, change notices, and legal documents, in various formats and languages. Assists in business readiness for upcoming contract years and reviews materials for compliance with Medicare guidelines, managing HPMS submissions when necessary. Oversees and updates the Medicare public website in collaboration with project management and IT teams. Develops and maintains timelines and work plans to ensure timely project completion, including adhoc projects and submissions.
The manager is a people leader responsible for planning, supporting, and overseeing all business unit operations. They ensure projects are completed, evaluate staff contributions, and promote growth and efficiency. Responsibilities include coaching, counseling, and performance management, as well as ensuring compliance with CMS and State guidance. The role fosters teamwork, provides conflict resolution support, and maintains a positive work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or English.
5-7 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range: $77,969 - $155,508 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
